Crazy Skates Evoke

I’ve been looking into these skates for a while. I was waiting for my size to come in for the black skates. One day I checked the website and they had a size 8W so I rushed to put in the order. After a day I was informed through email that they didn’t have it in stock and at first I was super bummed BUT after reading all the reviews and watching some YouTube reviews I learned that most women size down since it runs a bit large. So I replied to their email requesting to change the order to the purple 7w. They replied so quick and they shipped it out within a couple hours! The customer service is outstanding. They even went out of their way and suggested similar skates that they did have in stock when they told me they didn’t have the skates I wanted. I’m so glad everything worked out. I basically got my skates TWO days after they shipped which was wonderful. The skates feel phenomenal! I was so worried since I have wide feet. I put them on and they feel great! I’m usually a size 8W but ordered 7W and it has enough room to add an insole if I want to later on. The wheels were pretty stiff but it’s easily adjustable. I’m a beginner skater so I can’t go into too much detail but so far the skates are to dieeeee for! My boyfriend is even ordering his own pair from this site! Thank you again Volition team!
