Erin H. Y'all, I cannot rave enough about these skates. The boot is super high quality, durable, has strong ankle support, and is just gorgeous. The stock laces were also super nice! I had a colorful pair I switched them out for, but I held on to the original white ones for later looks. :) The pilot falcon plate has absolutely earned its reputation for being a great plate. I'm not too knowledgable about the specs of plates, but it feels comfortable, responsive, and extremely lightweight for metal. I primarily street/trail skate and the Pulse wheels are A+ for that! Absolutely worth the money. A beginner could buy these with confidence knowing they won't *need* to make any changes or upgrades, and a more experienced skater can buy them for their fantastic foundation and make whatever tweaks they prefer.
