Our orders usually ship the next business day and average shipping times are 3-5 days to the continental U.S. We also work with distributors who ship a small percentage of our orders from their warehouses. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but are fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. Once your items are in the hands of the shipper, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, a claim must be filed through the shipping carrier.
